All things are connected but our lives are so full of activity and tasks we forget those connections.
Take some time to be alone,
perhaps as the image suggests this could be in nature.
Even to spend time in solitude in a garden or park will be healing to you.
Be mindful of where you are,
touch the ground with your body or feet,
close your eyes and use your sense of hearing and smell
to connect deeply with the space you find yourself.
Ask your questions but once.
Listen for the answer many times until you hear the answer.
It will come to you when you truly listen.
There is no need to strain or attempt to force an answer.
Just connect with the flow of prayer and meditation each and every day and feel the peace that descends upon you.
The answers will then have a safe place to arrive.
